Fire Shark, known in Japan as 'Same! Same! Same!', is a 1989 vertical-scrolling shooter by Toaplan. Set in a fictional version of the 1930s, players pilot a biplane to defend against an enemy invasion. The game is notable for its challenging difficulty, diverse power-ups, and impressive sprite-based graphics. Its blend of historical and fantastical elements makes it a unique and memorable shoot 'em up.
