Winx Club is an Italian animated television series created by Iginio Straffi and produced by Rainbow S.r.l. The series follows a group of girls who are enrolled at the Alfea College for Fairies. The girls must learn to master their magical powers while fighting against evil witches and other villains. The series premiered in Italy on January 28, 2004, and has since been broadcast in more than 150 countries.
