The Wild is a 2006 American computer-animated comedy film directed by Steve 'Spaz' Williams, produced by Clint Goldman, assistant produced by Jim Burton and Corey Sienega, and written by Ed Decter, John J. Strauss, Mark Gibson and Philip Halprin. The film follows a teenage lion named Samson who is the son of the king of the jungle, but is tricked by his scheming uncle into believing that he has killed his father. Forced into exile, Samson teams up with a group of quirky animals and learns to regain his place in the animal kingdom.
