Battleship is a strategy board game developed by Milton Bradley. It was first published in 1967 as a pencil-and-paper game. The game has two players, each with their own board. The players place their ships on the board and take turns firing at each other's ships. The first player to sink all of the other player's ships wins. The game is known for its simple gameplay and strategic depth.
