Penta is a platform game released by Konami in 1983. The game is a spin-off of Antarctic Adventure, featuring the same protagonist, a penguin named Penta. The game is a side-scrolling game, where the player must guide Penta through various levels, collecting eggs and avoiding enemies and obstacles. The game features a colorful and cheerful graphics, and a catchy music. The game is considered one of the earliest examples of the cute 'em up subgenre, where the game has a cute and whimsical theme.
