Night Driver is a racing game released by Atari in 1976. The game simulates driving a car at night on a winding road, using a first-person perspective. The player must avoid crashing into the roadside posts, which are the only visible objects in the game. The game is considered one of the earliest examples of a 3D video game, as well as one of the first to use a steering wheel controller.
